We have in mind every people that dedicated his life or his free time to develop his body or get stronger thanks to the weightraining, bodybuilding, power training or olimpic lifts. Specially, this web is dedicated to the memory of the free-drug bodybuilders of the 40's and 50's (until the arrived of the steroids at the end of the 50's) This epoche was now refer as the golden age of bodybuilding.
